Event Description
Alley Pond Environmental Center in Douglaston New York is hosting their annual Arbor Day celebration on Saturday April 24th 2010. Come on down to the center around 11AM and sign-out some shovels, or bring your own. You can bring native shrubs, no invasive plants please! Trees and small shrubs are provided at no cost, whoever comes is most likely guarenteed a tree of their own. Refreshments and entertainment will be provided as well. Come celebrate our Earth with APEC!
